ADA Amazonia dust?

Having an issue with 'dust' like substance all over the rocks, wood and plants. I was very careful on not disturbing the substrate much at all.

Any known way to get rid of it? I guess it'll be rubbing the plants and do constant water changes...

I sometimes blast rocks with a jet from a pipette and that works quite well.
