Ei starter kit dosing help needed

Hi all, can anyone please help me with calculating how much I need to dose. My planted tank is 28L but I have worked out that with substrate, wood etc it's about 19L of water. How much Ei do I need to dose each day?
I am using Aquarium plant food starter kit http://www.aquariumplantfood.co.uk/fertilisers/ei-starter-kit.html

5ml 3x a week for both Macro/Micro salts should do the job....you don't need to be that precise.

Hi Robbie, are you intending to dose dry?

I just mix mine up in the bottles they send and dose at the recommended rate of 10 ml per 50 litres roughly. As you say you have 19L you could round that to 25 litres and dose 5 Ml to the tank as per daily instructions on their guide. It's only a guide and most dose at a larger rate than recommended with great results.
