CO2 Tubing

Does anyone actually use CO2 tubing ?

I`ve always used silicone airline but don`t really know if it leaks CO2 or if it does, how much ?

Anyone know for certain ?

When I was running restaurants I once had to blow up 300 balloons, to save time we used a 14lb Co2 gas cylinder with the beer line regulator, it worked a treat. However when coming back to the balloons the next day the majority had all "leaked" gas and deflated. Only some remained fully inflated, these I presumed were the ones we blew you up with a balloon pump. Chatting with the cellar service guys that said that Co2 will permeate through many materials....always stick with proven CO2 stuff I think....
