No, you'd go to your local gas supplier and rent a bottle.

To be honest, offering cylinder with (in)complete set is not that simple;

- First of all, transport; we would need to add minimum +£20 for cylinder delivery (this is what most companies will charge on top for dangerous goods delivery)
- People has different space available, so not all cylinder may fit under the tank
- Refilling process, where cylinder we sold would be refilled? From our experience most refilling places won't refill cylinders owned by different company. This is why we would need to offer delivery (new cylinder) > collection (empty cylinder) service.

As Nathaniel and EnderUK mentioned, you have many different "easy" options to obtain CO2 cylinder.

While we on this topic, I would like to share with you good news. We've just sealed (yesterday) excellent deal with delivery company and we found solution for all above issues!
