I set up my tank 4 weeks ago and planted it with dwarf hair grass and java moss.
Im dosing easycarbo and the java moss is growing really well but the hair grass doesnt seem to be!
Its staying alive but not growing!!
My lighting is only 15w led so im not expecting it to grow rapidily but just wondered how long it will take to spread runners and start shooting up???

My tank is the aquanano 60 (100 litres)

Not enough CO2 at substrate level or to much light are factors that would show this on hairgras (and other ground covering plants). Mos is much easier to grow, it will even grow without CO2 injection.[DOUBLEPOST=1407637292][/DOUBLEPOST]Not enough CO2 at substrate level or to much light are factors that would show this on hairgras (and other ground covering plants). It's not unusual for Eleocharis to be a slow starter.............so 4 weeks is not that worrying.
It looks like the plants are surviving and even look like a bit of new growth (??). If this is correct.......it's just a matter of patience !
