Hi Everyone,

I just saw this aquascape and I just wanted to know if this wood in the aquarium are birch wood.

Also where would be the place to source aquarium friendly birch wood.

yes looks like silver birch to me ( betula pendula i think ) not sure how safe it is with bark attached its alsoa wood that rots quick but im sure some one will know

Thanks for the reply, I was hoping to try and replicate this aquascape for a betta nano aquarium.

I wasnt sure that Silver Birch was tank safe either, Ive never heard of it being one of the ones that is widely accepted as safe
