First off just want to say this before Clive Beats on me :) just kidding.
I have good co2 both pressurized and liquid ,I have great flow and circulation also my lighting is mid high with a 9hr photo period.
But i have algae(beard style) attach to flourite in my substrate and has been there since day one .
Ive tried dosing it with H202 no help its just seems to live through everything ive tried.

Any suggestions "again I notice it likes the flourite best it has spread now though ?? high iron at the source??"

When does your CO2 and lights turn on/off? In my experience, BBA is super sensitive to CO2 fluctuations.

Thanks and sorry its gba .. I run my co2 24hrs because of super hard water its hard for the plants to retrieve their carbon from the water so i leave the c02 on to add stability.
Im currently only 20 ppm of co2 and full strength dosing of liquid carbon.
