T5 Advice

hi folks looking to get t5ho unit but not sure if I need 2 or 4 bulb unit.

tank dimensions 120x40cm and 30cm at deepest point from substrate.

looking to grow carpet plants(undecided what yet) and pressurised co2 will be used any advice would be great.

Two should be enough, 4 might encourage algae growth..

Another vote for 2, I had to take the middle bulb out of my tripple unit, on a tank with slightly more depth and, uh, well I guess it's technically depth from back to front as well?

Another vote for 2xT5s, especially with that tank height... if you decide to buy a 4xT5 light fixture (which can be interesting for taking pictures or if you decide to photobomb your tank someday and play really hard) at least make sure you can hang it over the tank. Actually I would recommend to do so with a 2T5 fixture...
