how positioning a plant over a rock?

I'm looking at some videos and in this at 0:57 there is plant that seems grown over a rock


how do you do that?
 
Tie it, glue it, or stuff it in a crevice!

Tying with cotton thread (biodegradable), fishing line (non-biodegradable) or fishing bait elastic (biodegradable).

Glue with Cyanoacrylate.

Not sure it looks like wood to me.
Theres so many way to attach plants since they basically grow hydroponically in a high tech tank ,they really dont need a substrate.
 
thank, and roots will grow over moss? which kind of moss?

Yes...all broken and I don't know why...
Anyway, plants in our tanks only really need roots to anchoring themselves and that's what they will do in moss, Java moss would do nicely.
