Lighting upgrade for Fluval Spec V

Hi all

Can anyone offer some advice on suitable lighting upgrades for the Fluval Spec V as after doing research it seems the standard LED's are only good for low light plants.

Hi James, I would review some of he threads about lighting. Generally the issue tends to be too much light. Will you be adding CO2?? What plants do you want to grow. Even carpeting plants like HC will grow in low light conditions as long as other factors such as CO2 are correct.
