Finish planting this Java/crypt tank now

Just an update on this Java tank.. I have now finished planting it up and hopefully it will grow to the way I have planned..
Don't know where my original thread went !!
Anyway here are the pics

Crazy idea:

Black background just under the arch, it could look really stupid or create a stronger contrast and shadow effect...

And try a complete background, see what you think.
 
Also, do you have a pic of the hardscape before all the java fern? I would like to know what you used to create this and how you made that nice shape.

Believe me this has happened over time it started out completely different, I will look for my first pictures as I've swapped and changed it so many times Infact I think it had a horrible green type background on in the beginning
It's all build up of 2 big pieces of bog wood

Then I stripped it all out

I cut 1 arm off the right hand piece of bogwood and stapled glued and tied more narrow and trident to it

Looking good Frenchi! I love the 'bridge' in the middle, I think it would look better if there were less plants below it, so it's more of a tunnel and you can see all the way through.

Thanks and I agree with you on that .. I was a bit concerned if I moved the plants that they would die?
