very big tank

Hi looking for some one with the no how to help me plant a big tank ,i no what i want to acheive but don't no where to start . tank is 1800 long 1200 wide and 900 deep with glass shevles just along the water line .at the bottom in one corner there will be soil with long plants in the middle i would like carpet plants then there will be white sand .on the shevles there will be rocks and would like strong small plants and moss .above all this will be a much lager rain forest which needs to be planted and a water fall that also needs to be planted …is there any one out there that can guide me and tell me what to do and where to go to get this massive task done …kind regards paul

So if I understand right you trying to create some sorts of Riparium ?
