1/ can very well turn out to be Rotala indica 'bonzai' - this plant look quite different emerse. Beware, though, there seem to be different "strains" of this plant, not all as compact as one would expect.
The plant could also turn out to be some Ludwigia - let us see some pic.s of submerged growth in a few weeks, please.
2/ is almost certainly a Rotala - and some variation of rotundifolia is very likely.Pic.s of Submerse growth, would be of help here, too.
- and sorry for not being "defenite"........ but leaves are a terrible source for defenite ID, since they change according to environment. For absolutely defenite ID, flowers are needed and they need to be checked on a microscope, not by a pic.(or a DNA comparison, if awailable, but most tank-plants are not sequensed).
ID's on here, based on pic.s of leaves must always be considered a "best guess", please...........
