Layout help

Hello UKAPS,

So I got round to playing with the aquarium layout and needed some help on improving the look. I am really poor with this and need some input!

Since it was an existing tank I didn't remove the fish or the few plants I had but I would really appreciate some suggestions.

Any suggestions to improve the rock work placement?
Any suggestions on the planting options too?

Maybe ...just maybe....remove stone 1 and 2, place stone 3 flat with towards the big stone behind it. Get some stem plants behind the big stone and where stone 2 use to be.

Agree with Martin in china, by removing stone 1 would mean that your rocks are covering the 2/3rds rule of thumb

Yes I also agree with Martin, although you could also replace stone 1 with a much smaller rock (trying to keep the drop proportion with the rocks on the left) and see how it looks.
