Light calculations

Hi everybody

I'm just getting into starting up a planted aquarium and want to calculate my lighting , I have a fluval Roma 240 with original 2 X 40w t8 lamps and I have added 2 X 39w t5 to boost it if anybody could roughly tell me what the wpg is

WPG is a really outdated measurement for lighting level.
