I'd say it's big enough for a pair ONLY, they will need plenty of shade as they will become shy and not much flow as they're not strong swimmers as far as I remember
What you actualy should consider and imho not many people do, is the effective volume of your tank after it is scaped and planted. I got a 60x30x30 tank and after i was done i had little more than 40 liter effectively left for the fish. In my opinion, but thats just me, in such small volumes any fich growing bigger than 30mm is to large.. I wont and can't say a larger fish can't be happy in such a small tank tho i still tend to feel that way, but it defenitely will ruine the sence of scale.
