What is this?

There's 3 of these perculiar things across glass to front of tank. I'm pretty positive one has moved around a little. Perhaps Thats just flow though.
I may be going daft and it may be nothing but I haven't noticed these before in my daily housekeeping and noting of plants and fish.

Apologies for image quality too. Haven't got a fancy camera I'm afraid.

Population control is reduced feeding or a finger nail. They're harmless and a benefit to the tank however they can get out of control. They shouldn't last to long in a CO2 tank though.
