Hi have a 100cmx60cm deep tank have pressurised co2 feeding at 3bps, feed ferts using ei dosing, the tanks light by 4 x 600 grobeams, they are both on controllers, lights come on at 4pm ramping up over 90 mins going of at 12am can you recommend what percentage I should have the lights set at on my dimmer for best results...

If you start out with your lights set too high, you get algae, too low and your plants die.
Speaking as someone who spent over a year killing plants because of not enough light, I'd suggest you start out at maximum then work your way backwards if your plants start to show signs of ill health.
You'll always have a certain amount of algae no matter what, but you need to find the balance between a tank full of algae and plants that have enough light to survive.

How high the lights are above the substrate and the types of plants you have also play there part.
