Multiple tanks (heating)

Is there a reliable method of heating multiple breeding tanks using one heater? Tanks are 45 litres and i will be using 3.

I'm not sure a heat mat would be enough but that is how it is often done for small betta tanks. I have found best way for me is to have a large tank divided. The dividers have a section cut out with foam in it. An external filter puts water in one end of the tank and takes out at the other end. You only need one heater.
