Simple method for ferts?

Hi all, can anyone recommend a simple method for dosing fertilizer? I don't always have the time for big weekly water changes and currently just use tropica premium fertilizer which I know isn't enough (few plant defects). The tank currently has co2 and a ecomarine radion led. The plants do grow fast as is but there not perfect any tips?

Use this instead of the tropica premium or you can dose them on alternate days
