Hi all.

I have a 200l fluval Roma Congo river biotope which I am making. I have mainly various anubias in it. My lighting is 2x t8 (although I've loosely wrapped foil around them with loads of holes in it)!

I have all the co2 equipment from a previous tank (Fire extinguisher). Will it help to set this up for this tank?

I'm currently dosing liquid c02 everyday and dosing with EI ferts daily.

I want them all to really grow!

Cheers.

This is the tank so far.

Looking good.... there's something about sparsely scattered gravel on sand that just can't help but look natural. One of my most favorite effects.

Keep us posted!

You could help me actually. What floating plants are there for the Congo? I've been searching everywhere! I found one report saying there were Salvinia natans so I've ordered some of those. And some Congo fern.

Should be getting a leopard bushfish today to go with my Congo tetra.
