Rotala macranda deficiency

I noticed my rotala macranda narrow leaf ( at least that is what I think it is )
Started to curl its leafs, my tank has been setup in late September of this year. Here is what I'm dosing right now. I dose 7 days a week, 4 days macro 3 days micro, and vise versa.

That is what I'm dosing the tank with, values for single dose.

It might be ammania of some variety. Maybe senegalensis or pedicellata. I think it might curl due to high GH or nitrates.
 
Defenitely not Rotala macrandra of any variety.........( I think I have grown most of them :rolleyes: ). Leaf placement and weins in leaf is wrong.
Amannia gracilis is a very likely ID.
