Amano straight away?

Getting my tank planted this week coming and reading mixed reviews of putting amano in early on?

Will they eat freshly planted plants? Worth waiting till they establish a bit more?

Not heard that myself, an advantage to not putting them in straight away is you can crack co2 up nice and high for the first couple of weeks

Wouldn't risk it, I normally put them in after about 3 weeks and this is with a seeded filter.

Yeah Amanos will just leave the tank if it is not properly cycled. I have found that will continually climb out of new tanks if conditions aren't to their liking
