Regulator not working

Hello folks
My dual stage CO2 Art regulator stopped working.1st gauge that shows the pressure of the FE is fine but working pressure does not rise. It only rises if shut the needle valve completely which takes a long time anyway.And as soon as I start to send CO2 into the tank, it loses pressure.
Do you think it is something can be solved easily?

No one's unwound the pressure adjusting nob without you knowing?
Will it rise to your full working pressure?
It doesn't sound good, perhaps a call to CO2 art in the morning and see what they say.

Knob does not function or I guess it does but not properly, as pressure goes up when wound clockwise until the very end, but drops quckly...
