Hello from Oli+ stocking my 60l

hi, new to the forum life but it new to fish keeping. Just set up a 60l planted aquarium and Id like a few ideas. Was thinking maybe a pair or German blue rams, also spotted some rainbow gobys the other day but I can't seem to gather much information on them ( I'd love some gobys) and of course a clean up crew as per. Any ideas are welcome
