Have had aquariums from being a kid so that's 30 years or so. Did CO2 and making my own ferts at one point ten plus years ago but the kids came along so had to scale back.
Going from an old second hand Juwel Rio 180 with black cabinet (wife hated that colour) to a brand new Rio 180 with a light beach cabinet
In the space of two weeks I've gone mad and spent loads picking up where I left off ten years ago. My new plants arrive hopefully on Friday!
My fish don't know what's hit them but they are a hardy bunch
Not sure I've made the right choice replacing my trusted Fluval 203 with a Eheim 4 Professional 350....time will tell
