Hi all,
I don't know what it is, but a fly larvae would be my guess as well. It isn't quite right for a Blackfly larvae (Simuliidae), but it is somewhere close (they are more wine bottle shaped, below).

<"Non-Biting Midge"> (Chironomidae) would be my guess.
