Pregnant amano shrimp

Hi guys looking for a little advise.

One of my amano shrimp is pregnant just wondering if I leave her as she is will they survive? My cherrys are breeding like crazy. So just wondering really what I need to do to keep them alive? Also I put kuttle bone in my tank just wondering how often do I need to change this?

No they want.
They need salty water to develop in to shrimps.See the following thread.If you use search box you can find some other threads.

When there is no bone left, put a new one in.
