Hi all,

This is my first post but I've been reading ukaps for years, so thank you for all the info.

On to my question. I was watching a video of the 2018 AGA Aquascaping Live contest, where George Farmer was a judge. In Amanda Eldridges' scape there was a really interesting plant. It has purple leaves and green stems. Does anyone know what this plant is? The plant is in the mid-ground on the right of the tank in this link: http://picdeer.com/media/1895910320663066259_13259097
I've tried various searches here and on Google but cannot find it.

Thanks in advance.

Its an entree from the Aqauscaping live contest 2018 it seems.. :)

contact this organisation if they can help you to get a listing of this entree.. :) Ususaly when you enter a contest you also enter a list with used plants hardscape material, lifestock and pictures etc. etc. This scape must be documented somewhere..

I was just googling sword plants and saw something that looked just like that... let me see if I can find it again!

I've grown Ech. 'aflame', some years ago - every single plant looking "croocked" like this, but with fantastic deep purple colour in higher light levels. It was dismissed for production on its growth-pattern.
- so I agree, this is Echinodorus 'aflame'.
