Hi there,

I have an Eheim Professional 3 350T and the heater isn't working and hasn't for some time.

It looks like some moisture got in as I could see condensation on the inside of the LCD display, which is constantly flashing '00'. I've unplugged the heater power cable...

The filter is out of warranty so I'd like to take a look inside the LCD display. However, it uses anti-tamper screws.

Does anyone know which type of screwdriver I need to buy for these? I bought 1 set from a DIY store but none of them fitted.

Thanks in advance,

P

I guess it has One Way Clutch Head screws?

If so, there is no other tool than a dremel with a cutting disk doing the trick.

Only if they are not counter sunk to deep.

Than cut a slid in the screws head to make a fit a flat blade screwdriver.

All others have a special tool available.. But than indeed you need at least a picture to show or find the name the head is called to find the tool. Such as Torq pin head, Hex Pin Head. Etc. etc.
