I have a 55l tank that I'm looking to sell, since I'm upgrading.
The tanks planted, has 10 gren neon tetras, 2 nerite snails, 3 amano shrimp and a colony of red cherry shrimp...they've been breeding.
A friend of mine would like to take the tank and it's inhabitants off my hands,, but he's worried about maintenance.
I do a 50% water change every week. But my friend doesn't think he can't always do a weekly water change because of traveling.
While he has plenty of friends and neighbours to feed the fish while he's away, he can't ask them to do water changes for him.
Is a 55l tank too small to go without weekly maintenace?
