So my 5g kitchen tank has no fish in but plenty of ramshorns and bladder snails. Ive just noticed these little critters appear on my mopani wood. Anyone have any ideas what they are and how bad they are/how i can deal with them?

I think the majority are young ramshorns as they dont move but there are a few like the one ive circled that move around on the wood pretty quickly. They look like they have two folded wings almost. Never seen them before, anyone else?

That looks like a copepod, eg Cyclops or similar.
A female, as the 'wings' are egg sacs. You might be able to spot some males, - they look similar but without the egg sacs, so a bit harder to see.
They are harmless, and good fish food. If you are planning on adding any fish they will soon gobble the copepods.
