is it possible to mix the 2 or would i be asking for trouble?

ive got 20 embers at the moment but every time i go in a fish shop i'm drawn towards the congo's,dont think theres much hope of catching the embers without stripping the tank which isnt an option.

i would be looking at adding about 8 congo's in all 4 at a time and maybe another 10 embers if i can keep the 2 together.

any advice?

cheers dave

I've kept Congo's with a shoal of cardinals tetras before, with no problem, unless of course i'm missing something different about Embers. 8)

I have 20 Congos which are kept with rummynoses, cardinals and harliquins with no problems. My only concern is they can have a munch on some plants.....all mine are left alone but if i try to put any Heteranthera (sea grass) in, they destroy it !!!!
