Tank looks great, algae looks loke brown diatoms and as for the melt cut the affected leaf or leaves off as plant will be using lot of energy trying to repair it, cutting it will force new fresh grown.

In summer i put hose straight into lawn, i will certainly start putting water change in watering can and evenly putting in lawn. Was just wonderinf if adding slight amount of EI mix into a watering can and walking over lawn would help or make a substantial difference. Thanks

Push the pipes ON first so towards the filter to get the suction loose then twist and pull off. I always do this and works great 👍

Quick update this little thing is so easy, i do want a little light soon but no rush currently i spray with dooa spray once every week or so and that is it, it just sits on windowsill in kitchen or on a small table just give a trim today.
