    Aquascaper 1200 filter

Hi all A while back I purchased an ex-demo Aquascaper 1200 which came with a Oase Biosmaster 600T, looking through the journals here it seems people are using the 850 and sometimes a powerhead or another filter with this setup. Am I underfiltered or underflowed? Would a Hydor 3200 powerhead...

ADA 60P Second attempt.. Update: on the road to recovery

Thanks buddy, plants are not as healthy as they appear methinks, I'll try to take a few closeups soon as I've always had issues with leafs getting holes in but no matter how much EI I give them it doesn't help! To be honest, I am moving house in a week and I fear the hardscape may not survive...

Soil Substrate or Dirted Tank - A How to Guide

Just an update my tank is going well, some whiteish crap on the glass but that's usual for new tanks (for me) so just scrubbing it where I can. The plants are growing well. Dehumidifer water

Is there any use in the aquarium for this? I get about 2L a day out of my old terraced house so seems a shame to waste it. As I understand it's just DI water? I guess I can just use Seachem equilibrium or similar to get it ready for the tank?

    Canister Filter recommendations..

Yeh, you won't get anywhere near as good results with liquid carbon as you will with actual CO2. It's definitely not a replacement. Most use it on here as an algaecide rather than to grow with. The problem is if you get a proper CO2 injection system then you will definitely need a lot more light...

Thanks for that Stu, I went ahead and orderd the X2 and the G2. I am certain the X2 should be short enough for the tank as it's 36CM high 60P with probably 4cm of substrate so I think it will work well. Hope so. Cost twice what I wanted to pay! I hope I don't break them... Thanks all.
