Interesting tank. What's the mesurements on this? I think the scape will look better if the grooves in the rocks follows each other thou. :)

Day 13 I've cheated a bit by using some of the surplus from my other tank to hurry up the progress. But never the less the tripartita and moss bubbles from mid-day when the light is on and it has been some growth :)

Hi I had to setup a temporary tank for my fish when I rescape and modify my livingroom tank. So I cleared up a shelf in my bookshelf and modified it to handle the weight. I didn't have much time on this setup. Used 2min on the scape and used plants that was in the other tank :P...

Thanx Tim. I ad just tank water from my cube. The cube gets fertilisers, co2 at 2,5 bps and 50% WC every third day. :-)

I'm not quite sure. 3-4 litres maybe? As of now, the tripartita and Moss actually bubbles when the light is on and the shrimp seems happy. But I'm now just at day 12 so I'm not sure if it will stay that way :-)

Hey Nathaniel. They seem to cope well. Bright in colours and active all the time. I'm doing a daily 50% WC with water from another tank that has the right values for bee-shrimp. But I'm a bit fresh on these cardina species, so what would you recommend then? :-)

It has always annoyed me that my tanks on the computer desk are to low for a good view. So when I got my ADA tank I decided to make a stand to raise it a bit. Way to low: Forgot to take pictures when I cut the plywood, but here is a picture when I had screewed it all together with the tank...

My GH and KH are basically the same with ADA Aquasoil as with any other substrate. But as BigTom say it reduces PH a bit :)

Shure. The daylight LEDs are 6 Cree xml 6500k running at 700mA at the moment, but I can up them to 3000mA if I like to. I'll probably upgrade to a 1000mA to get a bit more light out of them since it's a high tech tank. Regarding the controller, it's hard to find a good one for a decent...
