I do like the tidal one, I may get that style one. You think it will be ok on a shallow tank? I use a canister filter normally but fed up cleaning lily pipes at the moment to want something quick and easy.

sorry to dig up an old thread, my 600e went bang today and the adapter has swelled on the side, did you manage to source a new adapter? With is being 12v - 4a is it possible to use something a little different to that?

Thank you, i regret tearing it now down now though. I did have perfect balance in this set up. The tank did mostly run on 6hs photoperiod but the was a good few months on 7 if I remember correctly.

Thought I’d share my Ada 60F shallow scape with you, sand front was added yesterday, I removed the soil, looks alot better now I think.

Overdue update, the tank is still running but has had a lack of maintenance for a couple of months, I’ve started to get back on top of it try to remove the bba and actually giving the tank some ferts. It is slowly starting to look a decent scape again.

Diagonal will look better for sure, dunno whether to go short or just trim to shape. I’m hoping to start getting some better colours soon as well. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Considering closing down my low energy 60p this week, I love this tank but I just have too much going on and need space with 3 tanks on the go now. This tank has been running for nearly 2 years now, it will be a real shame.

Thank you. I’m not to sure on the buce, I bought loads of different ones years ago. It grows very well in the scape. The h’ra grows but I get compact growth with it to be honest, I trim it but it take a while to grow back and always looks long and stringy, to be honest the scape loads cleaner...

Looking at getting a new filter for my 60p and I can’t decide on which one to get. Is the extra LPH on the 350 worth the extra £50 compared to the 250? The 250 is rated at 900lpg so with media it still over the 10x ratio. Any advice would be great. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
