    ADA Terra Base

It doesn't feel like they're in competition with each other. The Kickstarter one looks beautiful, but they look like they're from a garden (not in a bad way). The ADA Terra Base looks (and is meant to look) like a tree trunk from a rainforest.

    ADA Terra Base

Thomas that looks amazing. How frequently do you have to empty the water that pools at the bottom of the aquarium? What are the little ferns towards the top of your terra? I'm considering getting one of these for the office.

Do you find unusual tank sizes difficult to scape well?

I bought the ADA wood cabinet and tank for 45x45x45 cube 4-5 years ago. At the time I thought it would be difficult to scape, but I really wanted the ADA wood cabinet + tank and it's all they had in store. It turns out it was hard to scape, especially for a beginner. A few years later I sold it...

ADA Africana- No cycling required ?

ADA Africana- No cycling required ?

Hi soggy, I’m in no rush but I’ve only got one tank as it’s a small apartment. The fish will be in a big bucket during rescaping (with heater and filter), so the sooner they can be reintroduced the better. I am using co2 but as it’s already tuned in for this aquarium I’d only be adjusting it...

When did you readd livestock and were they okay ? I could always keep the fish in the bucket for a week but it would mean running a second filter which I’d need to cycle first (and buy...).
