Hi Foxfish, thank you for the welcome :) Mavis is a leucistic axolotl, and she is about 6 months old. I'm absolutely enchanted by her. I'm going to have to watch her weight a bit I think though, she is just starting to look a little bit tubby. Here's a picture of her (pre-tubbiness ;) )

I've done it :) Are these pics any good? It has a lid that rests on those inner ledges and just about meets the to[p of the glass. It's a big ugly thing to be honest, but the way it sits, it's perfect fit but offers no structural support.
