Co2 Profile and water changes on new scape

Been a while since I installed the new filter head a let things settle down. On the Algae side things are looking stable but is still there in the background. I had to do a trim on the Monte Carlo and the stem plants due to growth and flow reduction. This revelaled that the stems where still...

Co2 Profile and water changes on new scape

Big shout to Oase UK. It Took 7 day to get a replacement head out to me which considering the current issues out there I'm more than happy with. So the heads fitted and the difference in flow compared to the old style head is night and day.

Co2 Profile and water changes on new scape

Cheers for the Info @Matt C, thats part of the information I'm trying to understand on my Co2 knowledge quest. As things stand with the tank, I've got a very stable ph during the photo period but only in the upper levels as there is a massive deadspot under the lily pipes caused by poor scape...

    Green algae issues

If you can get the "Clithon Corona" Zebra/Bumble Bee Nerites. There smaller so can have a few more in the tank, also there far less likely to lay eggs in the tank. Also once you have you fish stock levels down it would be worth while adding some Otocinclus as there very good CUC.

Fluval Edge 2.0 46l or Fluval Flex 57l

Once you get a scape going you doing really see them. Plus you can always add a small external filter if needed at a later date Being a flex owner I wish I had picked the scappers tank

Fluval Edge 2.0 46l or Fluval Flex 57l

If you looking at doing a planted tank then the Flex is a better option although very limited. For the price of the flex i would be looking at the Dennerle scaper tank it's an extra £20 but a fair superior tank and will long term be a better option.

    Algae ID please

I'm currently battling a bit of alage on a fresh scape Orginally ithought it was a bit of diatoms with it being a new setup and would pass with time and water changes but this has not been the case, tbh it just kinda stayed the same. I'm currently doing a 90% waterchange every other day to...
