I guess it was my high lighting that cause it to turn that red 8)
Check out some of my Blyxa japonica turning red, so red I describe it as Super red Blyxa japonica
Sorry for the pics though, I took it with my handphone camera....regretted :(

Yeah true, substrate is often 'overrated'....sometimes I'll get undecided :crazy: when it comes to substrate selection...haha
