    Please help with fish identification

I am in the states. I'm pretty sure that's not it but those fish are gorgeous. I've never paid killifish much mind but I'm kind of impressed with them. I would have chalked it up as a mutant tetra or rasbora long ago but its fins were different and it had a squared off tail which neither...

    Please help with fish identification

Sorry I don't have any other pictures. It was hard to photograph, kept darting back and forth too much for my point and shoot camera to get anything other than a blur. I thought maybe it was a least killifish but it was always quite skinny and never really looked the part. Coloration was off...

    Please help with fish identification

I did not purchase this fish, it came with a batch of feeders and I took it from the tank. I'm pretty certain it was not a rasbora, but I could be wrong. Length of maybe 2" or so. It was not as weirdly shaped as the pictures might have you believe, its just that the fish is dead now and not...

    Please help with fish identification

I've had this fish for a few years but never knew what it was. Anyone recognize it? Its mouth is upturned like a betta but it spent most of its time near the bottom of the tank. Any ideas?

    aquaspot world?

I placed two orders with them around a year ago and then a few months after. The second was for some hardware and it was fine. It arrived at my home in the US fairly promptly. The first order was for lots of plants and I'll never order plants from them again. They were melted and the ones that...

    An unexpected success

Not too shabby for a first go :) Its a great looking tank, very natural looking. Is that a 3d background? The first image looks like it might be. Either way, well done!

    Shoaling/Schooling fish?

+1 on corydoras. My tank with the rummys had close to 20 emerald cories in it as well and they're constantly on the move always searching for a meal.

    Shoaling/Schooling fish?

I used around 70 rummys in a 125g and it was beautiful. They were in constant motion around the tank. The tank was quite dark also so there was an excellent contrast with the bright white fish.

    staurogyne sp

I used to just clip the tops and replant them. They're tough to keep anchored at first but after a few days they'll take hold. Mine thrived after the trims too.

Going from emersed to submerged Utricularia graminifolia

Hello everyone. This is my first post on the ukaps forums, though I've done much reading on this site. I've been growing ug in a small aquarium emersed for about 3 months. I'm ready to fill now, I'll be using pressurized CO2 and a 27w lamp. Should I do a regular low dose of ei method ferts or...
