    Very confused!

I see the confusion now, He explains it in the 1st line, but then asks for a cga to uk din, i read it as has a cga bottle to din reg. same as description on the packet. bottle thread 1st, reg thread second, so goes from cga to din.
  59. m_attt

    Very confused!

yeah i have the tmc convert, its goes on a cga bottle to use a din reg, so back to front from what you need im afriad.

cga320 is paintball tank thread, wont fit a uk FE. you can get adapters that change din to cga but unsure about other way round.

    JBL bottles?

no wasnt saying that mate, just replying to what a burst disc is :) are you sure the bottles that are not part of a kit come filled?
  69. m_attt

    JBL bottles?

on a burst disc?? Its basically a screw with a copper disc in, like a small thin penny. set to rupture at a certain pressure. So should the pressure in the bottle exceed that pressure the disc will rupture and safely vent the gas, rather than the bottle exploding :)

  91. m_attt

    Smallest CO2 canister with DIN477?

yes that reg is available in both, but that tmc bottle is just a polished paintball tank at a really high price. and aqua essentials also do a cga320 > din477 as i used one on a paintball tank.

which fish for strong flow please

that filters only rated at 1010lph, i have a 180 litre tank with a eheim rated at 1750lph and 750lph and no fish has ever seamed to bother about the flow. and theres a koralia in there.

CO2 pressure ? water ? Whats going on.

where did you read 2bar? from the 3 i had and my mates one i'd say 1.5bar was there general working/max pressure.
  95. m_attt

CO2 pressure ? water ? Whats going on.

yes the tmc v2 pro or whatever the name is :) sorry its not what you wanted to hear, but I found it to be a terrible reg, had it replaced three times over 4 maybe 5 months. It works fine with a glass diffuser but the atomiser seamed to kill them pretty quick.
  96. m_attt

CO2 pressure ? water ? Whats going on.

its deffinatly not adjustable, you can fiddle with the bit on the front and get it working but it only seams to last untill it turns off, then when on again it wont build up the pressure, had to constantly play about with it to get it to work the atomiser, then shortly after they just give up.
  97. m_attt

CO2 pressure ? water ? Whats going on.

its the reg mate, they arn't man enough for the atomiser. Also they are not that great i had mine replaced three times before they gave me a re-fund then got an up aqua one and it works fine (nothing in the setup was changed, just the reg)
  98. m_attt
