Ceg, quick question, in the post on EI Dry salt dosing, the reference 20g tank. You state that it should be ½ teaspoon MgSO4 for 20G. But here in this post for the OP who's tank is 40G you tell him to dose 1/4 teaspoon MgSO4. Should he not be dosing 1 teaspoon of MgS04? Or is my maths wrong...

Have read of this Clive has kindly put this together a long with a solution based on a 20 gallon tank. Basically you'll need to figure out how many gallons you're tank is then multiply the dosage accordingly i.e. if your tank is 40 gallons just double the dosage of the 20 gallon set up.

Just found out that Easy do Easy Life Fosfo which should increase my phosohate. THe CO2 and circulation in my tank is pretty good so pretty certain that that isn't the cause of the Green Spot. Has anyone used Easy Life Fosfo before? If so, any recommendations on how much to use and how often?

If anything you may want to see if your Reg fits on a CO2 Fire Extinguisher. That way you'll have more chpoices on your CO2 Refils and its probably a lot cheaper. Post a pic of your regulator, maybe Dan or some of the other forum members maybe able to help you out
