I have tried this plant Stu, with no success. It would show lots of growth, but just dissolve away. I blame my uber soft water, but maybe you will have more success.
I believe pinching out new growth can keep it low.

I remember mine coiling around wood. The secret is to cut off the larger, older leaves. Although it is classed a slow grower, once it becomes established it can easily take over a tank and shade everything. The amount I took out of my 240l when I stripped it...

You`ll be amazed at how mobile a wood scape can move around through slight movement of the water (and being knocked :oops: ). Take a photo of this in a month or two and the angles of all the wood will have changed as they find...
