I always use carbon and ammonia remover now when setting up. This helps a lot IMO. If I was you, I would dose 1ml of TPN and 1/2ml of TPN+ after your daily water changes. Or even give it 2ml and bin the TPN+ for now. Remember, you tap water will be high in N too, so adding more is probably not...

If you have an accurate reading of KH and PH, then you know exactly what your Co2 is doing. Your drop checker may not be very accurate.... If the drop checker goes to yellow, then even if you PH keeps falling then it still stays yellow. Test kits will give a better idea of what is going on. Try...

I use a hose from my kitchen tap. I bought a connection thing ( dont know what its called ) so that it would fit the mixer tap. I get the tap running to the right temp, then click the hose on. In the tank and the end of the hose, I add my water conditioner. Everything seems very happy with me...

Morning mate, ill have a few plants to bring, loads of moss, I think any way, some anubius. Should be nice scape for them.

I would say they suffocated, by the sounds of things. That is a lot of fish for one bag. Youl find in some retailers, they inject oxygen into a bag before it gets sent on it merry way. The water may of been low in oxygen before even adding the fish. Consider it a lesson, unfortunately at the...

The diffuser could be half the problem. Make sure your water flow is good, and blowing the Co2 mist and all nutrients around the tank and plants, add a small power head if needed, or redirect the out flow to be more officiant. keep trying mate.

Hi guys, BBA is usualy caused by unstable Co2, so check you Co2 routine/refill scedual/ diffuser cleaning. As for getting the H.P to fill out. For scape perposes, you would normaly just keeping triming the tops to bush out. But at some point the plant gets leggy. So we trim the leggy bits off...
