    UK Driftwood

    The problem with driftwood as an aquascaping medium is that it generally floats. I tried to use it in a scape and it went horrbly, horribly wrong.

    Dragon stone question to experienced members...

    You'll probably find that the more you scrub the stones, the more grey will be revealed. This stone is made up of a lot of orangey clay within the cavities so I'd advise a very thorough clean with a toothbrush, you'll be surprised how even the hard surface is actually clay and comes right off

    Wood scape critique!

    I would just flip the middle piece over in both directions so the shorter part is pointing up, in the centre and the longer part extends to the right, below the other piece of wood.

    Super Shallow Tanks

    My next project will be a shalllow tank, dimensionally smaller than yours but proportionally similar. My initial thoughts were to try an Iwagumi-esgue scape, just with smaller rocks to make the tank appear larger than it is. I shall watch your journal with great interest :D
