    General shrimp questions

    So at night when your plants are using oxygen and not producing it? It's not right keeping this many fish in a 15ltr, don't expect to get any other response off the users in here. We all try and take great care of our fish and shrimp and overcrowding is something a lot of us try and avoid!

    About an hour. They came in a plastic pot wrapped in wet tissue. Still sitting there :( one is slightly open tho.

    It's a new tank, never seen copper in it's life and it's going to stay that way! Was going to add shrimp later on but now I'm not so sure, could it be the ph or hardness? I've kept shrimp before and could try putting then into my 60ltr. I was also wondering if it could be due to them living in...

    I recently got two zebra nerites and neither are doing anything in my aquarium, they are just sitting at the bottom of the tank all clamped. One of them came out for a little while then fell off the side and hasnt moved since. Anyone have an idea what's up?

    I'd say due to the size of this particular species of Planaria it would be an opportunistic predator.

    Take a look at that if your serious, im sure theres more articles about but i can't see why growing them in a lab and in an aquarium would be very different...its just working out how to not lose all the bacteria and food during filtration...
