    All your plants look good though I think you'll struggle with the hairgrass. E.Tenellus you should definitely try. Crypts? They're all awesome and all work great in lower light levels. Pick whatever you like the look of. Maybe Crypt. Balansae for a background plant.

    My initial thought is that you have a LOT of light. Those things are quite powerful are they not? 9 hours is also a long photoperiod. Why not try dropping it down to 6 hours for a start? Maybe raise them further still. You clearly have more than enough light for those plants to grow and yet...

    The curling of the leaves is typical when plants are too dry.

    I'm not sure what humidity is advised for dry starts, but 70% doesn't seem very high.
