I have still a GHL dosing pump here. But it's not a "smart" version. The screen brightness is going down after these years so reading it is also hard.
In the past i already replaced the screen/board for a new one. But it expensive.
So i was wondering: would it be possible to convert this "old"...
There are different ender versions. Also a V2 etc.
Some have bigger build/print plates etc. Other screens/panels.
Extra options like a glass bed for printing.
So lot of options to choose from: https://all3dp.com/reviews/
ender 3 pro here. Perfect printer. Printed som upgrades etc. :P
I used this video in the beginning to set it up

Planning a new tank upgrade. it will be the ADA 120-P
In the past i've made a ADA DIY cabinet for my current tank of 100x50x50 and i used 18mm MDF.
After 11/12 years its still holding great. :)
But for a 120-P could i still use 18mm or should i upgrade that to 22mm...
For now i used 2 spare grid parts for the 2217 (7275600 - grid for classic 600 (2217))
1 of them i shorted the stands a bit so the gap was smaller. But works perfect to keep in the white filter + it was faster to do this instead of printing parts :P
So now it has:

Got a 3d printer for a while now and picking up the 3d modeling (still a rookie :P ). I was thinking to make something for inside the eheim 2217 to prevent the foams and the especially the white foam to be crushed by the media on top of it (substrat).
More people have tried this or other filter...
Something like this one: http://www.top-aquariums.com/en/example-no-31351_uid31351.html
personally i am not a big fan of this shape and view in the tank because of the 2 borders in front :)
i put the gardenhose in the tank inside the washing machine tool:
Gravity does the rest and the water is for the garden. :) When finished i connect the garden hose to the crane and fill the tank.
a friend want to buy a second hand tank. but it isn't that clean any more. with a good brush and water you can clean most of it. but the problem are the kit borders/connections. on it you find some Algae. always fun :silent: you can't brush it hard cause then you will destroy the kit and...
its just a small airtube. when i turned the drain tab open for the first time i was a bit to late with closing it. so water came out  now with the airtube on it i can turn it open without the result of water inside the stand. it will flow trough the hose :)
but i need to use this method...
I am just wondering. i have an eheim 2217 and sometimes i hear some air inside it. but where is the air coming from? once the filter is completly full of water how is it possible it blows air sometimes inside? when it blows the air out i gets inside the co2 reactor (aquamedic 1000). and ofcourse...
